Breaking free from shame and guilt is just the beginning.

Take back control of your story.

The wound is the place where the Light enters you.” - Rumi

Each one of us carries two stories. What happened, and what we tell ourselves about what happened.

As women, we can be overly critical about the stories we tell ourselves ABOUT ourselves, even when it comes to the abuse, pain, and trauma that we’ve experienced.

We judge ourselves. We take on the blame. We live in shame.

But why?

Why does self-judgement come more naturally than self-forgiveness or self-compassion?

I believe every woman should feel safe and accessible in the life she sets out to create for herself.

Whatever that may be.

That’s why I started the Sober Conscious Collective: A community for mentees who want a sisterhood of support to re-evaluate their relationship with drinking and alcohol.

You can be sober, curious, or think there’s NO WAY you will ever be sober in your lifetime.

All are welcome.

When you sign-up for mentorship, you’ll become a part of a supportive sisterhood and receive access to vibrant, uplifting. Introspective events, monthly writing, prompts, tools, and resources to inspire you along your journey.

When we can transform the most challenging experiences of our lives into something beautiful in the service of others, we rewrite our narrative and reclaim our power and purpose.

Our stories are ours to write; with resilience, compassion, and the truth.
